On the porcini trail

It is always a good thing when our guests turn out to be interested in eating.  And adventurous.   For those guests who are interested, we take them along to whatever sagra we have planned to go to.  The night before we had taken Ziah and Haje to the good steak festa in Foiano.  And now it was  the end of summer sagra (Sept 3 ) and we were with our guests, Ziah and Haje in Subbiano for porcini.
