Another new product

I know I live in Italy.  You can tch tch and tut tut all you want.  I’m old.  Sometimes, even I get tired.  I have been cooking for other people for 40 years now.  Durn tootin’ that I’ll try a shortcut or a packaged mix.

So this was right up my alley.  Add water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and stir occasionally.  Less than 5 minutes of work.  A normal mushroom risotto would take at least 30 minutes to make from scratch using a premade broth.  I asked Ben how he liked this one.  And he replied “Oh, this is pretty good.  Better than the ones you usually make.”  At last report he is still alive but on very thin ice…
