Tagliata in Castiglion Fibocchi
On Sunday, June 16, we were off to Castiglion Fibocchi for tagliata, cut steak. We decided to go for lunch since there was an old car show that day.
We started with an antipasta.
And then the main course, the cut steak. Hmmmmm, I know it doesn’t look that appetizing (too much sun!) but it was very tasty.
When we first arrived there were not many cars there. Evidently, there had been a sort of race that started earlier and finished about lunch time.
So as we ate, more and more cars came in.
After eating, we walked around to see the cars.
Isn’t this a beauty?
Somehow I think this rolling chicken coup is probably more our speed.
I mean, you won’t have to worry about it being hit or anything falling off….
