What have we been eating lately?

Vietnamese noodle salad. Noodles are hidden under all of this. And I started adding papaya to it. Not really traditional but…

And I have been on a Moroccan bent.  Even going so far as making dishes from scratch.   Look at all those spices.  It is a pretty tasty chicken dish.

Festas and sagras are slowly starting.  So we are having Italian food.  This is the antipasta platter from Guazzino, the first steak of the season sagra.

And then Ben and I shared with Dinah and her guest, Bev, this meat eaters’ luncheon platter from La Ghianda in Sansepolcro.  It was very tasty.  The little strips in the middle were beef that had been done in a balsamic vinegar.  Hmmmmm.  Strongly recommend the restaurant.  La Ghianda, Viale Vittorio Veneto 1/A, Sansepolcro (Arezzo province)  phone 320 896 8629.  Open for lunch and dinner.  Closed on Wednesday.
